DBX77 Terms & Conditions — Rules That Govern Your Account

By registering an account on DBX77 or by accessing and using any part of the DBX77 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not create an account or use the platform.

These terms apply to all services available through DBX77, including sports betting, slot games, live casino, and any other gaming or betting products offered now or in the future. Your continued use of the platform after any updates to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

These Terms and Conditions should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming page, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and DBX77.

To open and maintain a DBX77 account, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. DBX77 does not accept registrations from persons under 21. Age is verified as part of the KYC process.
• You are physically located in the Philippines at the time of registration and when placing bets or playing games.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of another person.
• You have not previously been excluded from DBX77 or had an account closed due to a breach of these terms.
• Opening and using a DBX77 account is not prohibited by any law applicable to you personally.
• You are acting as a private individual and not in any professional or commercial capacity related to the gaming industry.

DBX77 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. If it is found that an account was opened by a person who does not meet these requirements, DBX77 may suspend or close the account and may withhold any funds pending review.

Each person may hold only one DBX77 account. Duplicate accounts are not permitted. If DBX77 identifies multiple accounts linked to the same person, all duplicate accounts may be closed and any pending withdrawals may be reviewed.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete personal information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. Providing false or misleading information at registration is a breach of these terms.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before any withdrawal can be processed. You will be asked to provide a government-issued ID and proof of address. DBX77 may also request additional documentation as part of ongoing compliance checks. Until KYC is completed, withdrawal requests will not be processed.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — username, password, and any OTP devices — secure and confidential. DBX77 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to protect your credentials.

All deposits to your DBX77 account are made in Philippine Peso (PHP). DBX77 supports deposits via GCash, Maya, and Philippine bank transfer. The specific methods available to you will be shown during the deposit process.

• Deposits must be made from a payment method that belongs to you and is registered in your name.
• DBX77 does not accept deposits made by credit card or cryptocurrency.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply per transaction and are shown at the time of deposit.
• DBX77 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges — these are outside DBX77's control.
• Deposited funds are for use on the DBX77 platform only and may not be transferred between accounts.

DBX77 reserves the right to refuse or reverse a deposit if there is reason to believe it originates from an unauthorised source or is connected to fraudulent activity. In such cases, DBX77 will notify the account holder and may request supporting documentation before any further action is taken.

Withdrawals from your DBX77 account are paid in Philippine Peso to your verified payment method. All withdrawal requests require OTP confirmation and a fully verified KYC account.

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where technically possible.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are shown during the withdrawal request process.
• DBX77 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts or to payment methods not registered in your name.
• DBX77 may place a temporary hold on a withdrawal request while completing a KYC or compliance review. You will be notified if this applies to your account.

If a withdrawal request is declined, DBX77 will communicate the reason to the account holder. Common reasons include incomplete KYC, suspected account irregularities, or a mismatch between the withdrawal method and the registered account details.

DBX77 offers sports betting, slot games, live casino, and other gaming products. The following general rules apply across all product categories:

• Bets and game rounds are final once confirmed. DBX77 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the system.
• Odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at confirmation are the odds at which your bet is settled, except in cases of manifest error.
• Void bets occur when an event is cancelled, postponed beyond the applicable settlement window, or where a bet was placed on an event that did not exist as described. Void bets are refunded at stake with no winnings.
• Manifest errors — for example, odds displayed at an obviously incorrect price due to a technical fault — may be corrected by DBX77 even after the bet is placed. DBX77 will notify affected players and offer a refund of the stake at its discretion.
• DBX77 reserves the right to limit stake sizes on any market for any account at its discretion, including where betting patterns suggest misuse or abuse of the platform.
• Winnings from gaming and betting activity are credited to your DBX77 account balance and may be withdrawn subject to the withdrawal rules in Section 5.

Specific rules for each sport, game type, and betting market are available within the relevant sections of the platform. In the event of a conflict between general rules and specific product rules, the specific product rules take precedence.

DBX77 may offer bonuses, promotional credits, cashback, or other incentives to eligible account holders from time to time. Any such offer will be accompanied by its own specific terms, including eligibility conditions and any applicable wagering requirements.

• Bonus terms are set out in the promotion details at the time the offer is made. The general terms in this section apply where specific promotion terms are silent.
• Bonuses are credited to eligible accounts only and may not be transferred between accounts.
• DBX77 does not guarantee the availability of any specific promotion at any given time. Promotions may be withdrawn or modified at DBX77's discretion.
• Attempting to abuse a promotion — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other method that exploits the promotion structure — is a breach of these terms and may result in the removal of the bonus and associated winnings.

No specific bonus percentages, minimum deposit amounts, wagering multipliers, or expiry periods are stated in these general terms. All such details are specific to individual promotions and are communicated at the time each promotion is offered.

DBX77 expects all account holders to use the platform honestly and in good faith. The following conduct is prohibited and may result in account suspension or permanent closure:

• Opening more than one account, whether under your own name or any other name or identity.
• Providing false personal information during registration or at any subsequent point, including during KYC verification.
• Using the platform in any way that is intended to defraud DBX77 or other users.
• Exploiting technical faults, software errors, or any platform vulnerability to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software to interact with the platform in a way not intended for standard player use.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting results.
• Using the platform to process funds on behalf of a third party, or for any purpose other than personal entertainment.

DBX77 monitors account activity and reserves the right to investigate any account where unusual patterns are detected. During an investigation, DBX77 may place a temporary hold on transactions without prior notice.

DBX77 may suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• A breach of any of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period after being requested to do so.
• Detection of fraudulent activity, suspected money laundering, or use of the account in connection with any unlawful purpose.
• A request from the account holder to close their own account, including self-exclusion requests under the responsible gaming policy.
• A legal or regulatory requirement that compels DBX77 to restrict or terminate access.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any balance remaining in the account will be reviewed. Funds that are determined to have been obtained through a breach of these terms may be withheld. Funds that represent legitimate deposits not connected to any breach will be returned to the account holder via the original deposit method, subject to completed KYC.

Account holders who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting DBX77 support. Voluntary closure requests are processed after any pending transactions are settled.

DBX77 takes responsible gaming seriously. Betting and gaming are forms of entertainment that carry real financial risk, and DBX77 does not encourage players to treat them as an income source or a way to recover losses.

DBX77 provides account tools that allow players to set limits on their deposit activity, session duration, and overall account usage. Players may also request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion through the platform. During a self-exclusion period, access to the account is suspended and DBX77 will not send promotional communications.

The minimum age for all DBX77 accounts is 21 years. Age verification is a mandatory part of the KYC process and is not waived under any circumstances. DBX77 encourages parents and guardians to use appropriate internet filtering tools to prevent underage access to online gaming platforms.

DBX77 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While DBX77 makes reasonable efforts to ensure the platform is operational and accurate, it does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation at all times.

• DBX77 is not liable for losses caused by platform downtime, connectivity issues on the user's end, or third-party service interruptions.
• DBX77 is not responsible for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of the platform, including lost gaming opportunities during maintenance periods.
• DBX77's liability to any individual account holder in connection with these terms is limited to the balance held in that account at the relevant time, except where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

Nothing in these terms limits DBX77's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

DBX77 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Significant changes may be communicated to account holders via the contact method on their registered account.

Your continued use of the DBX77 platform after an update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 9.
